1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kv9.one, registering an account, or placing any bet on the KV9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and KV9. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the KV9 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of KV9, including players who access the platform via the website at kv9.one or through the KV9 mobile app. Using KV9 in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these terms, regardless of whether you have read them in full.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on KV9, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be accessing KV9 from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a KV9 employee.
  • You must not have a previously closed or suspended KV9 account.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

KV9 enforces the 18+ age requirement strictly. If KV9 has reason to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period will be withheld until verification is complete. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all funds returned to the payment source.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one KV9 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any funds held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering a KV9 account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and a working email address. KV9 may request documentation to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your KV9 account settings promptly. KV9 is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.

One Account Rule

KV9 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option rather than creating a new account. Contact support if you need assistance.

4. Deposits

KV9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods. KV 9 does not accept deposits via international credit cards, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency at this time.

Deposits are credited to your KV9 account balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this happens within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact KV9 support with your transaction reference number.

  • Minimum deposit amount: 200 BDT
  • Maximum deposit amount per transaction: 50,000 BDT
  • Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.
  • KV9 does not charge a fee for deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you deposit the wrong amount.

KV9 reserves the right to request verification of a deposit before crediting funds to an account. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on the player's standing.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your KV9 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. KV9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on the account.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 BDT
  • Maximum withdrawal amount per request: 100,000 BDT
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes for bKash and Nagad.
  • KV9 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Standard charges from your payment provider may apply.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is pending.

KV9 may request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold. This is a standard security procedure. Players are encouraged to complete account verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawing.

Processing Times

Most withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are completed within minutes of approval. Rocket withdrawals may take slightly longer depending on the provider. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 24 hours of approval, contact KV9 support.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

KV9 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out here. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all KV9 promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
  • Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonuses is prohibited.
  • KV9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Players who abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts closed.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

KV9 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to adjust, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds if there is evidence of abuse or if the terms of the promotion have not been met.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on KV9 operate using certified random number generators (RNG). The outcome of every game is determined independently and cannot be influenced by KV9, the player, or any third party. Published RTP rates reflect the long-term statistical return of each game and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Game rules are accessible from within each game interface. KV9 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

  • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
  • KV9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error or incorrect odds display.
  • Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
Fair Play Commitment

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your KV9 account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. KV9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact KV9 support immediately. KV9 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the investigation is underway.

  • Use a strong, unique password for your KV9 account.
  • Do not log in to KV9 on shared or public devices.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on mobile devices.
  • KV9 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to secure their credentials.

9. Responsible Gaming

KV9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

If you choose to self-exclude, your account will be locked for the duration you select. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. KV9 will also suppress any marketing communications to your account during this period.

KV9 may apply responsible gaming restrictions to an account without the player's request if the platform identifies patterns of behaviour that suggest problem gambling. This is done in the interest of player welfare and is not a punitive measure.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KV9. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Creating more than one KV9 account.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using KV9 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Abusing the bonus system, including through coordinated play across multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward KV9 staff or other players.
Zero Tolerance

KV9 has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, cheating, and abuse. Accounts found to be in violation will be closed without notice and any funds associated with prohibited activity will be forfeited.

11. Account Termination

KV9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in a manner that is harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting KV9 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

KV9 is not obligated to provide a reason for account closure in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

12. Limitation of Liability

KV9 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While KV9 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KV9 shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of funds resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond KV9's control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the KV9 platform.
  • Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
  • Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform that contains errors.

Nothing in these terms limits KV9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

KV9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the KV9 platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, KV9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is the player's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
